Description

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free, 2-month initiative delivered by SAP's Digital Skills Center. It aims to equip recent graduates with the necessary certifications and soft skills to start a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Upon completion, SAP collaborates closely with graduates to connect them with opportunities within its ecosystem of customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• As an SAP Consultant, responsibilities include contributing to various phases of S/4 HANA projects—such as blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrades
• Consultants provide business process and functional expertise, offering project guidance to clients to maximize their investment in SAP software and services
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction and developing referenceable customers through consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building are also key aspects of the role

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in South Africa
• Currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to career goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields
• Preferably graduated within the last 3 years with a top quartile GPA
• Strong interest in an SAP-related career involving travel
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Full-time availability from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, for the program's duration
• Reliable internet connection for virtual live classroom training
